LabPlot http://staff.mbi-berlin.de/gerlach/Linux/LabPlot/index.html a nice plotting programm isn't in Portage.
How can I make an ebuild for it? to install, int needs KDE and to type 

./configure --prefix=<KDEDIR> && make && make install
