All tests pass for me with CPython 2.6 and 2.7.

If I read again "supported locale" I'm going to kick somebody.

Either Python works on a default install or it's totally fucked up. Now if it doesn't work out of a freaking stage3 I'm going to get very upset.

hgsubversion passes tests for me even with LC_ALL="C".
