the privacy settings in the "Advanced" section of the preferences are reset whenever restarting gajim

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a new user and login with it
2. start X as the new user
3. start gajim
4. go to edit->preferences (ctrl+p)
5. go to "Advanced" tab
6. disable all options in the "Privacy" section
7. restart gajim
Actual Results:  
all options in the privacy section will be enabled again

Expected Results:  
all options in the privacy section will be whatever you set them to before restarting gajim

Cannot reproduce this here.
Could you please start in a console and give me the debug messages?
