Bug 423277 – app-editors/scite-3.1.0: user.shortcuts do not works with string command ids

When mnemonic command id's are used, they are ignored, but the numeric ones, are working fine

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Edit .sciteuser.properties with:
user.shortcuts=\
Ctrl+J|IDM_ABOUT|
2. restart scite
3. press "Ctrl+J" -- no about dialog is displayed.

The working combination:

1.Edit .sciteuser.properties with:
user.shortcuts=\
Ctrl+J|902|
2. restart scite
3. press "Ctrl+J" -- the about dialog is displayed.
