Workaround until upstream fixes this: Create the file: /etc/portage/env/permissive-g++.conf containing: CXXFLAGS="${CXXFLAGS} -fpermissive" Then put: =games-engines/scummvm-tools-1.4.0 permissive-g++.conf Into /etc/portage/package.env scummvm-tools-1.4.0 now builds with boost-1.49.0-r1 (and gcc-4.7). Created attachment 328242 [details] summvm-tools-boost-gcc.patch Boost marked the bug report as invalid. I reported the problem upstream (see: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3582864&group_id=37116&atid=418820). I've attached the patch I submitted upstream which corrects the build problems. Upstream solved it the better way: https://github.com/scummvm/scummvm-tools/commit/36cb68919303bc2b874a5faa879e269a35874eff in portage. |
