Description C. Wijtmans 2012-06-20 14:13:56 UTC
I am not sure where i can get help with this, however i found some forum posts that back as far as 2009 regarding this issue without a resolve. It seems a bug with drivers/hardware combination i believe.

dmesg + lsub -v >> https://gist.github.com/2960069

I am not sure the keyboard is correctly detected as it is a back-lit trust keyboard and Xorg detects it as a mouse and keyboard at the same time (? o_O)
I also noted that when i press a key or move my mouse in the basic console the LED on my motherboard flashes. And when i am in KDE its almost constantly lit.

Excuse me if this is the wrong place to ask.

This usually means you have buggy USB devices/cabling.

Normally you would attach that.

It is. Not just the wrong Product/Component, but also the wrong web site.

Try the forums again. Also, do the usual and replace devices, replace USB hubs, cables, until you find which one caused the problem.

If you find an actual software *bug*, then feel free to report it. Plain "problems" do not automatically qualify as "bugs".

The connected usb devices arent the issue, they work on other computers with windows.
Also the usb hubs are onboard/frontpanel so there cant be a problem. I will BIOS settings..
