If you could run the same command that would help:

GST_DEBUG=check:5 emerge -1 gst-plugins-bad

Also it looks like your mjpegtools package needs rebuilding that should make the warning for gst-plugins-mplex disappear.

So it looks like the buggy element is frei0r-src-test-pat-c.
Now, what to do about that, I have no idea, I hope one of the other gstreamer devs will know more :)
