Turn on USE="postscript" for okular, and if you enaled USE="pdf" for kile you need to enable USE="pdf" for okular, too. As you have kile installed, yet, I think you just missed the move from USE-Flags "ps" to "postscript" for okular. In short: || ( $(add_kdebase_dep okular 'pdf?,postscript') app-text/acroread ) But yeah, like FF suggested: emerge --newuse should help Thanks, re-emerging okular worked! I guess this can be resolved. Just curious, does it actually specifically need acroread or does it just use any pdf reader? If not, I think it would be nice if there some other ones in the list - acroread should be the last choice considering it's closed-source and often a source of vulnerabilities. |
