DPMS can't be disabled by programs (like mplayer) or by xset -dpms. xset -q show dpms disabled but this is not true: monitor goes to standby or shut down after specified time.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. xset -dpms
2. xset -q
3. wait X minutes

Actual Results:  
monitor goes to standby mode

Expected Results:  
nothing
