The ispc license is a concatenation of four parts, all of them well known free licenses:
- BSD 3-clause license
- BSD 3-clause license for Syrah library
- University of Illinois/NCSA Open Source License for LLVM libraries
- BSD 2-clause license for half-precision floats

I therefore suggest that licenses/ispc is removed and ebuilds are changed to "BSD BSD-2 UoI-NCSA".
