I've replaced mesa libs (libEGL, libGLESv1_CM, libGLESv2) & headers to native binary driver for tegra2.
Package 'cogl' cannot be compiled without this https://mail.gnome.org/archives/commits-list/2011-August/msg02802.html modifications. Also need use-flag (gles2) to clutter (that it use eglx) and gnome-shell (with this patches http://www.mail-archive.com/quantal-changes@lists.ubuntu.com/msg00031.html).
