KDE 3 is not maintained by us anymore. That said, if you install net-dns/avahi with useflag mdnsresponder-compat set, you should get an interface compatible to mDNSresponder. Thanks ! I installed Avahi as recommended & both the KDE 3 apps I use re-appeared after a reboot. Confirm this bug. I'm not using mDNSresponder now. I select avahi, but I don't like Poettering applications. |
