won't work...

also removes the (inactive) pkg_postrm
removing users / groups is imho a bad idea

Change the SRC_URI to:

SRC_URI="http://apache.sunsite.ualberta.ca/jakarta/tomcat-4/v4.1.29/bin/jakarta-tomcat-4.1.29.tar.gz"
