qemu-1.1.0-1 has been available since the 1st June. The glib dependency would need to be changed to >=dev-libs/glib-2.12. Also, the build system now supports a "make test" target.

Qemu 1.1 has been released but not qemu-kvm 1.1 so this is premature.

OK. It might not be on SourceForge but 1.1 is done and dusted.

You sent the commit where they changed the version number to 1.1.0 in qemu. Remember, qemu-kvm is based on qemu. Anthony maintains qemu. Avi maintains qemu-kvm.

Look at git, there is no 1.1.0 tag yet.

The reason it hasn't been released is because of a regression that has been found.
