This contains glob speedu patch over the current -r1.

It is mostly benefitical to anyone who actually builds libreoffice.

In main tree for 6 months now and no issues around.

Please CC arches if you agree with stabilisation or state reason why it should stay in testing.

On arm -r3 fails the parallelism test the first time.  On the three subsequent tests it succeeded.
