Bug 41826 – gnokii: gnokii compilation fail if USE flags doesn't contains "-nls"

I had compiled gnokii 0.43 with only one USE flag "imap".
The compilation failed with the following error:

Please specify the source encoding through --from-code.

The gnokii.0.55 fixes the bug
