emerging kdemultimedia

while emerging kde, I changed system time 3 hours back.
The compilation cycled (infinite cycle).

Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge kdemultimedia
2. while it is compiling, change date for some hours back.
3.

Actual Results:  
the compilation process gone to infinite cycles.

It gave warning that some files have modification date in future, on each step.

Well don't do that. Many unix programs have the someway valid assumption that time only goes forward. Make is one of them. For this reason most time managing programs (like ntpd) do not actually set the time, they change how fast the clock goes and in such a way aim to get the time correct. There is not much to do about this as not change the time of the computer.
