It's the same error as already described in bug 30798. This only happens to some special (mis-?)configurated systems/kernels. Currently nobody can find the source of this error and so I try to gather all interesting information. One thing could be interesting: Which kernel-ebuild are you using? *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 30798 *** I rsynced and built the kernel out of benh's 2.5 tree (curently 2.6rc3, I believe) I am using this kernel because I need it to support the ATI Mobility Radeon in my 15" Aluminium PowerBook. Let me know if there is any other information I can provide about my stsem and setup. Basically all I have done is built Gentoo from Stage 1, emerged xfree 4.3.99.xx, emerged kde, koffice and tried to emerge k3b (which caused this error). I have not done anything that I believe is out of the ordinary other than running new, rather untested hardware and a kernel from benh's 2.5 tree. |
