Wouter released 3.1.1 due to some bugs in 3.1.0 that rendered the nbd-client application completely unusable. The bump should be trivial.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to use nbd-client
2. watch it fail
3. update to 3.1.1
4. watch it work

Sorry. Bugs dot gentoo dot org was down for a bit a while ago, and I didn't know what to do, so I emailed the developer in the ChangeLog and explained there was an important fix but that bugs.gentoo.org was down. Then when I noticed it was up, I thought I should let him know I opened a real bug report so he wouldn't have to deal with my direct email, so I cc'd him on the bug report here. Anyway, sorry.
