It's weird. I suspect the cause is that Gnotime makes use of a browser component of some kind, and so the shutdown signal to Galeon causes Gnotime to also receive the shutdown signal.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install gnotime 2.1.6
2. Install galeon 1.3.12
3. Run both
4. Ctrl-Q quit Galeon


Actual Results:  
Watch your running gnotime disappear!

Expected Results:  
gnotime should keep running
