Created attachment 312441 [details] emerge --info When using gimp-2.8.0 with use svg while attempting to open an SVG file causes a "File format not supported" message. The gimp-2.8.0 configure summary displays the following when built with <gnome-base/librsvg-2.36.0 SVG: no (librsvg not found) Building gimp-2.8.0 with gnome-base/librsvg-2.36.0 solves the issue.
