mysql++ has had version 3.1.0 out for nearly 2 years now but the latest version in portage is 3.0.9 that was released in 2009. An updated ebuild to install 3.1.0 would be appreciated.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge mysql++
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
Version 3.0.9 is built and installed.

Expected Results:  
Version 3.1.0 would be built and installed.

svn (9999) ebuild

While not actually a 3.1.0 ebuild this will pull the latest svn sources (which contain a header fix for 3.1.0) and build them as well as strip the --as-needed LDFLAG which breaks the build.
