When rebuilding intel drive git version from x11 overlay I noticed the file:

$ ls -l /usr/share/doc/xf86-video-intel-9999/ChangeLog 
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 0 may 14 19:29 /usr/share/doc/xf86-video-intel-9999/ChangeLog

Was installed even being empty. This is not desired when talking about docs, man pages... I think portage should, at least, show a warning when installing this kind of empty files
