Fix for pqiv-0.11 and glib-2.32.2

media-gfx/pqiv-0.11 fails to emerge with glib 2.32.2 with "Only <glib.h> can be included directly." error. I solved it by deleting the extra glib include lines (patch attached). I don't know if this approach works with older glib as well, or only the newer versions.

Be more careful with these glib changes, there is no need to remove glib/gstdio.h, there are exceptions(!)

Added patch in Portage which only drops #include <glib/gconvert.h> line. Thanks for reporting & patch!
