When vapier fixed bug #406303, he added AUTOTOOLS_DEPEND to RDEPEND for util-linux. I think he really meant to add this to DEPEND and now cross-building @system will pull in autotools, and hence Perl, which obviously makes this process even harder than it normally is. 2.20.1-r1, 2.20.1-r2, and 2.21.1 are affected. For some reason, 2.21 was left out. Was that intentional? Please see the attached patch.
