I think errors like: i686-pc-linux-gnu-gcc: @LIBPTHREAD@: No such file or directory are reported in other (closed) bugs, but I couldn't find them :S Seems to be a trouble in a pkgconfig file. Patching /usr/lib/pkgconfig/libqrencode.pc: s/@LIBPTHREAD@/-lpthread/ fixes the problem. As seen on: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=795582 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 408989 *** |
Created attachment 310933 [details] build.log of app-office/glabels-3.0.0 with error I updated app-office/glabels-2.2.8 to app-office/glabels-3.0.0 and got a error while compiling: i686-pc-linux-gnu-gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I.. -I.. -I.. -I../libglabels -I../libglabels -I../libglbarcode -I../libglbarcode -DGSEAL_ENABLE -pthread -I/usr/include/glib-2.0 -I/usr/lib/glib-2.0/include -I/usr/include/gtk-3.0 -I/usr/include/atk-1.0 -I/usr/include/cairo -I/usr/include/gdk-pixbuf-2.0 -I/usr/include/pango-1.0 -I/usr/include/pixman-1 -I/usr/include/freetype2 -I/usr/include/libpng15 -I/usr/include/libdrm -I/usr/include/libxml2 -I/usr/include/librsvg-2.0 -DCAMEL_HAVE_NSS -DCAMEL_HAVE_SSL -pthread -DORBIT2=1 -I/usr/include/evolution-data-server-2.32 -I/usr/include/nss -I/usr/include/nspr -I/usr/include/glib-2.0 -I/usr/lib/glib-2.0/include -I/usr/include/libxml2 -I/usr/include/gconf/2 -I/usr/include/libsoup-2.4 -I/usr/include/orbit-2.0 -DGLABELS_LOCALE_DIR=\""/usr/share/locale"\" -DGLABELS_DATA_DIR=\""/usr/share/glabels-3.0"\" -DGLABELS_ICON_NAME=\""glabels-3.0\"" -DG_LOG_DOMAIN=\""glabels\"" -march=native -O2 -pipe -fomit-frame-pointer -c glabels-batch.c CCLD glabels-3 i686-pc-linux-gnu-gcc: @LIBPTHREAD@: No such file or directory make[4]: *** [glabels-3] Error 1 make[4]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs.... make[4]: Leaving directory `/var/tmp/portage/app-office/glabels-3.0.0/work/glabels-3.0.0/src' make[3]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make[3]: Leaving directory `/var/tmp/portage/app-office/glabels-3.0.0/work/glabels-3.0.0/src' make[2]: *** [all] Error 2 make[2]: Leaving directory `/var/tmp/portage/app-office/glabels-3.0.0/work/glabels-3.0.0/src' make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/var/tmp/portage/app-office/glabels-3.0.0/work/glabels-3.0.0' make: *** [all] Error 2 * ERROR: app-office/glabels-3.0.0 failed (compile phase): * emake failed * This is alway reproducable on my gentoo box x86 whether I use emerge glabels or emerge -u --deep --newuse world. Emerging app-office/glabels-2.2.8 is ok without any problem, just updating tot version 3.0.0 gives this error I can not solve. I wil add 2 attachments: build.log and emerge --info Hope someone can solve this.
