I've merged two cross-toolchains for win32 compilation 
 [1] i586-mingw32-4.5.3 *

 [2] i686-mingw32-4.5.3 *
the merging of package cross-i686-mingw32/w32api failed due to file collisions with the package cross-i586-mingw32/w32api.
