After installing mod_php-4.3.4-r4, apache failed to start. Error occured in the processing of 70_mod_php.conf. I recieved the error message that in failed at line 5 (loading libphp4.so) and it said that it couldn't load libxsltbreakpoint.so.1 shared object didn't exist. I backed my system down to mod_php-4.3.4-r3 and everything runs fine

Steps to Reproduce:
1.upgrade system from mod_php-4.3.4-r3 to mod_php-4.3.4-r4
2./etc/init.d/apache2 start
3.

Actual Results:  
apache2 failed to start. Couldn't load DSO

Expected Results:  
start the apache web server.

run `revdep-rebuild` or re-emerge mod_php
