emerging either of those twos don't provide the associated manpages, and there's no 'doc' USE flag for that either as you could see on other ebuilds

Expected result: a whole ton of manpages in 3tcl section, which are automatically built and installed when building from source

Oops my bad ;(
Looking a bit better, the man pages are built both by standard source and the ebuilds, but in N section
The section 3tcl seems to come from the debian package implementation, and i somehow mixed up everything!
