While installing a fresh version of gentoo, while compiling dev-python/PyQt4, it was failing due to dev-python/sip unmatched dependency

I think dev-python/sip must be added as a dependency of dev-python/PyQt4

It already -is- a dependency, so that's not the problem.

1) Please post your `emerge --info' output in a comment.
2) Please attach the entire failing build log to this bug report.
