For a fresh stable gentoo, when compiling kde-meta, I found that zope-fixers is trying to compile but fails because setuptools not installed

I think setuptools is needed as a dependency for zope-fixers

setuptools -should- already be installed, so something else is wrong.

1) Please post your `emerge --info' output in a comment.
2) Please attach the entire failing build log to this bug report.
