upon lastest 'emerge --sync' gentoo-sources-3.3.2 doesn't have a manifest and Digest verification fails for gentoo-sources/ChangeLog file size..

i sync with rsync://gentoo.mirrors.tds.net/gentoo

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge --sync
2.emerge -DNuav @world
3.
Actual Results:  
Manifest size error

Expected Results:  
no errors!

just as an additonal note,

I have switched to 2 different mirrors with the same result

rsync://rsync.us.gentoo.org
rsync://rsync.namerica.gentoo.org

both with the same results..

I have also tried wiping my timestamps and re-syncing..
