Does it build using less CFLAGS? Simply "-march=native -O2 -pipe" Created attachment 308955 [details]
Build log conservative CFLAGS
I tried with more conservative CFLAGS
# CFLAGS="-march=native -O2 -pipe" emerge -a1v app-office/glabels
But I did not suceed, see attachment.
Looks like something similar to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=795582 In other words, some buggy package on your system had installed a pkgconfig file with the unsubstituted string "@LIBPTHREAD@" Please give the output of the following command: grep -r '@LIBPTHREAD@' /usr/*/pkgconfig Do you have media-gfx/qrencode installed, and if so, what version? jorgeml@baraddur ~ $ grep -r '@LIBPTHREAD@' /usr/*/pkgconfig
grep: /usr/lib/pkgconfig/cblas.pc: No existe el fichero o el directorio
grep: /usr/lib/pkgconfig/lapack.pc: No existe el fichero o el directorio
/usr/lib/pkgconfig/libqrencode.pc:Libs: -L${libdir} -lqrencode @LIBPTHREAD@
grep: /usr/lib/pkgconfig/blas.pc: No existe el fichero o el directorio
grep: /usr/lib64/pkgconfig/cblas.pc: No existe el fichero o el directorio
grep: /usr/lib64/pkgconfig/lapack.pc: No existe el fichero o el directorio
/usr/lib64/pkgconfig/libqrencode.pc:Libs: -L${libdir} -lqrencode @LIBPTHREAD@

jorgeml@baraddur ~ $ sudo emerge -a1v media-gfx/qrencode

Reassigning to qrencode maintainers. You might try upgrading to qrencode-3.3.0 and see if the problem is still present. Looks like qrencode-3.3.0 does fix it. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 408989 *** Upgrading to qrencode-3.3.0 indeed solved the issue. Thanks a lot! |
