The oregonstate gentoo mirror is not responding.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge anything and try to use that server as a mirror

Actual Results:  
portage attempts to connect to oregonstate and gets no responde

Expected Results:  
I feel like it should have picked a different mirror.

Right now OregonState's mirror services are hammered thanks to a new Mozilla Firebird/Thunderbird release.  If there is another mirror listed in your GENTOO_MIRRORS line of /etc/make.conf, then portage should resort to that second mirror (I believe by default ibiblio is a secondary mirror).

Also, I would suggest emerging "mirrorselect" and running it to find a fast mirror for your connection.
