sys-boot/os-prober-1.47's source file os-prober_1.47.tar.gz from debain's repos no longer exists in the standard repos. a fetch error is returned. The proper sources exist on snapshot.debian.org

That's perfectly fine because Gentoo mirrors have it.

$ sudo emerge -f sys-boot/os-prober
