When I try to emerge brasero, it fails in the compile phase with an parse error, apparently when the documentation is about to be downloaded: 

http://www.oasis-open.org/docbook/xml/4.3/ent/iso-pub.ent:1: parser error : Content error in the external subset
HTTP/1.1 200 OK

Which happens like a few dozen times.

I attached the relevant console output which includes emerge --info

 * If you need support, post the output of 'emerge --info =app-cdr/brasero-2.32.1-r1',
 * the complete build log and the output of 'emerge -pqv =app-cdr/brasero-2.32.1-r1'.
