In src_prepare automake refuses to complete due to config.rpath not being present.
Running gettextize before automake, in effect updating tracker to use the system gettext, "works for me"™.
Patch for the ebuild is included.

As nobody is testing and maintained 9999 ebuild, I would simply drop it
