this is kde issue, not portage watch out see dev-util/xxdiff/xxdiff-3.0.2.ebuild it's very easy to update the ebuild @Martin: Just did it, but now I get the following error: checking arch/kernel version combination... ok checking for preempt patch... yes configure: error: unsupported kernel configuration : CONFIG_PREEMPT !!!
