Starting with glib-2.32, dev-libs/glib will no longer enable the static-libs USE flag by default. Therefore, syslog-ng, when using static linking, will presumably need to depend on dev-libs/glib:2[static-libs].

syslog-ng-3.3.4.ebuild adds a static-libs use dep for glib.
