trying to build the toolchain for amd64 i get this msg at gcc-stage1:

/var/tmp/portage/cross-x86_64-linux-uclibc/gcc-4.6.2/work/gcc-4.6.2/libgcc/generic-morestack-thread.c:39:21: fatal error: pthread.h: No such file or directory

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. crossdev -t x86_64-linux-uclibc
Actual Results:  
see the attached files please

Expected Results:  
get a native-uclibc stage1 to seed for catalyst
