Failed build log for xapian.
The uuid.h is optional afaik. Guess there's no real hurt in adding that dependency. I don't have the graphite stuff for gcc installed, but could you try removing those from CFLAGS? Seems to me like they're the culprit for some reason. This is know and is upstream. Ah, didn't spot that it was that bug. Thanks, Anthony. (In reply to comment #2) > The uuid.h is optional afaik. The problem is that you cannot disable USE=brass - see upstream ticket for more info: http://trac.xapian.org/ticket/586 In recent times, even after enabling brass, it doesn't work. It results in -- "./.libs/libxapian.so: undefined reference to `decode_length(char const**, char const*, bool)'" (In reply to comment #7) > In recent times, even after enabling brass, it doesn't work. Yeah, we went through this systematcially in bug #433611. This should be fixed in 1.2.12 where I force enable brass and flint. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 433611 *** |
