Description Johannes Kimmel 2012-03-11 14:10:15 UTC
As of zathura version 0.1.0 the standard ebuild does not ship the plugin for reading pdfs and has to be installed manually by the user, which is annoying and we are not using debian.

For now I suggest a "pdf" useflag that pulls in app-text/zathura-pdf-poppler.
For future releases keep in mind there is also a zathura-pdf-mupdf plugin, which is not in portage by now. A better design would be to have additional poppler and mupdf useflags, where either of one has to be selected when selecting the pdf flag.

Reproducible: Always

This is handled by postinst message from Bug 405289, Comment #5 for the transition period

There will be no USE flags for drop-in runtime dependencies

You simply search the tree with keyword 'zathura' for available plug-ins and emerge them
