It seems upstream changed the CMake option to KALARM_USE_KRESOURCES

I attempted in my own local portage overlay to mock what the old kdepimlibs-4.8.0 ebuild did, but it didn't seem to work. I manually went into the /var/portage/..../work dir and used ccmake to switch the flag, and I was able to manually get it to compile.

Hopefully someone better at ebuilds than me can make this automated once again.
