Last time the WayBack Machine [1] has anything for related site [2] is 2004.

Seems that the kernel's documentation [1] says that this [2] is the site.  It's up but doesn't have the latest version available for download.

I've e-mailed the author, Petr Vandrovec, at what I believe is a working e-mail address, to see if he is still maintaining it and has a new download site or new releases, or can tell me who is now maintaining it (if any).  Will update when I hear back...

net-fs/ncpfs and net-misc/ipx-utils are masked for removal in ~75 days.
