How about:

* QA Notice: The following files contain insecure RUNPATHs
 * Please file a bug about this at http://bugs.gentoo.org/
 * with the maintaining herd of the package.
 *   /var/tmp/portage/app-emulation/xen-tools-4.1.2-r2/image/usr/lib64/ocaml/xc/dllxc_stubs.so

Comment 5 Ian Delaney (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2013-01-31 02:17:10 UTC
I honestly don't get why you bothered with comment 4.
The QA Notice: of insecure RUNPATHs of ocaml killed this bug dead in its tracks no 11 months ago. It was unfixable. Is it because I've just revived xen with 4.2.0's revbumps prepping it for the related security bugs?
Next port of call for this is resolved OBSOLETE
