This is an ebuild for ccache-1.9 based on ccache-1.8.

I have added a pkg_config function (it is only a quick hack but it seems to be
working).

 should those symlinks be /usr/bin/gcc, etc?

I'll add a 1.9 to portage, based on my existing 1.8-r1.  Note that pkg_config is
deprecated.
