Bug 405675 – Can not compile sys-devel/gcc-3.4.6-r2 with a modern gcc without changing cflag and cxxflag

sys-devel/gcc-3.4.6-r2 can not be compiled with a modern version of gcc in this case sys-devel/gcc-4.5.3-r2 when a modern -march/-mtune cflag/cxxflag such as core2 . 

The ebuild should see this and replace it with a generic -march/-mtune cflag/cxxflag .

It is useful to have this version of gcc for compatibility with legacy binaries.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -av gcc:3.4 with a -march=core2 cflag/cxxflag
