The missing file is not even listed in the manifest. In addition, the patch from bug 389751 as cited in the 7.2.1 ebuild does not apply. The patch was missing, sorry about that. The dev-java/icedtea-7.2.1 ebuild includes the following line: epatch "${FILESDIR}"/${PN}-7.2.0_pax_kernel_support.patch However, /usr/portage/dev-java/icedtea/files/icedtea-7.2.0_pax_kernel_support.patch does not exists on my computer (even after repeated Portage syncs). There is a icedtea-6_pax_kernel_support.patch file in the same directory, and presumably the 7.2.0 version is simply a copy of this, but nonetheless it should exist and does not.
