Hi,

I have done some changes in netkit-telnetd, now you are able to decide wheather build with or without telnetd and telnetlogin. I have done this by adding the 'tcpd' use variable to the ebuild.

For me and some others it is very useful, I think, because not everyone is running an telnetd, but needs the client.

I am not shure if 'tcpd' is the best, but there are no other variables in this direction.

using the tcpd use variable is inappropriate
