Request for ebuild of bookcase version 0.8
I was able to get the 0.7.2 ebuild to work but I had to add 
--disable-debug to myconf to get it to compile on my system for some reason.

now version 0.8.1 is out, I no longer had to add --disable-debug to myconf a simple copy of the ebuild works perfectly now.  the .8 series has a significant number of features over the .7 series in portage currently.
